Germany/France anti-dumping tax?

Is there anybody know how much the percentage tax in Germany and france to import products from Taiwan or China?
The buyer wanted to find out how much exactly the rate.

Every product has a different import rate.
The Buyer can find out by contacting German or French Customs Department
