How to avoid this situation ?About the payment of freight
I have sent some samples to a new customer ,and before it ,we confirmed that the sample is free ,and he paid for the freight ,and before I sent the sample ,we all agree that the sample sent by DHL,and he would pay for the freight ,But when the sample arrived ,he refused to paid for it ,and I have no choice but to pay for it ,or I should pay twice of the freight .It is really a problem for me .Have you ever met such problem?what is your suggestion ?

If he agreed to pay freight then it is his problem if he now refuses. You should not ship until he has paid freight.... If the customer is that bad then you do not want him as a customer anyway!
