I just received a clients' letter ,he say the quantity is 5000CPS.
I have alittle confused!

There is no term CPS?

it may be CBM or PCS
or some related count for your product you are buying

Replying to [shine82]:Send him an email asking him what CPS is and ask him what version of INCOTERMS he is using then buy the book as a reference, this will make your life easier; always state which version of incoterms you are using.

Incoterms are internationally accepted commercial terms defining the respective roles of the buyer and seller in the arrangement of transportation and other responsibilities and clarify when the ownership of the merchandise takes place. They are used in conjunction with a sales agreement or other method of transacting the sale.
