Here we go again!
The Chinese fraudsters from Guilin (BTW, this city really seems to be the new Lagos-Nigeria, hometown to so many scammers!) have changed their skin and are back again!
No worries...they are easy to spot out, as they play the same trick which has already been discovered.
Fraud scheme and website are similar (if not completely identical) to those of the Guilin Tenghui perpetrators: they offer to confirm a large quantity order, ask you to come to China to discuss the details, book hotel and local visiting for you and collect kickbacks from their sidemen, ask you to buy expensive gifts to their CEO to celebrate your...return to homeland with a bunch of flies in your pocket.
Following, we report the initial email message we got contacted with:
Dear XXXXXXXXXX:
How are you and here is a good business to you. Here is LiAng Touzi Co. in China.
Today I am very happy to see your fine products: on the website and we are very interested in your products and will including your products in our sale program. We will have large and steady demands for high quality products like yours.
All the time our minimum order is above 350,000 dollars.
Would you like to send your products' catalog, price list youre your website to our company If you send samples to us, it is great helpful to both of us.
Please contact me by the following e-mail. Thanks a lot.
After our first successful business, we are very glad to become your sales agency in China and we will discuss it in details in the course of our next co-operation.
Your earliest reply will be highly appreciated!

1) payment is 100% in advance to our;
2) we do not come to Guilin (the new Lagos) to discuss about contracts, details of future cooperations whatsoever;
3) we do not buy presents or gifts to CEOs whatsoever;
4) we are skilled and experienced business, therefore, why do not you save your time for something more enjoyable (a good for instance)?

Obviously, we never heard from them a second time.
The word is out: whenever ANYONE FROM GUILIN - CHINA contacts you offering good business, become IMMEDIATELY suspicious...it is for your own protection!

Yes, their website is well done, very accurate, however their overall appearance and behaviour stay always the same.

In May of 2007 ,I was got an enquire letter from GuiLin LiAng Touzi CO,. They said in the email they are interesting in our products very much .After we discussing the information about the products ,we post our smple to them.They reply us as soon as possible .Inform us that our sample are approved.We are accordant with the price .
They invite me to sign the purchase contract and to seeing about their market . It is really a business or just a game ? That is really my first thoughts.But for the potential of the China Martket I decide to go there to have a look .
During I staying in GuiLin .They were professional and good-mannered businessman .Treat me as their VIP guest . We sign the contract finally .
After one week when I back to company.LiAng Touzi CO,. transfer for the first payment to my **** ,so that I begin to producing my products.Now we begin to talking about the second order.
I am so excited that I find my export partner company which have strong strength in China .So I want to share this good news with you all . .
Thay are a low-pitched company .They do not want to show their cooperations information in public.But I really want to tell you that this company is a trusty and a professional partner with us .

LiAng Touzi contacted me and they wanted to purchase very large quantities of construction materials (approx 220.000 euros), without even asking for samples. They seemed to be happy with the prices I gave them and they promised 100% payment in advance. There was no negotiation involved! They even asked for my quality certificates, and when one file was not opening they asked to me to resend.
Then they asked that we visit Guilin to sign the purchase contract, and they offered to book the hotel for me (they told me 5star hotels cost 150USD although on the net they cost less than 70.).
Because it all sounded to good to be true, I did a google on them and I discovered that they were scammers. Everyone beware!

Abnormal hotel surcharge is the "smoking-gun" evidence they are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters trying to defraud you and collecting additional kickbacks in every way they can.
Your contribution to the forum should allow all the dumb(?) gentlemen such as RussellTA to get rid of all remaning doubts about these scumbags: however, something tells me Mr RussellTA already knows it all....

hi, after spending more then 3 months negotiating and investigating the Guilin Tenghui Investment International Co., LTD ( None Existed). Last week, I got a new email make same inquiry about large order and all from LiAng Touzi Co. ( Another Guilin Transpanrency).
