Gold member companies selling fake products. "WHY"

Why does alibaba allow Gold memeber companies to sell fake products. Surely this is helping us in anyway to make buying and selling fair.
Received my delivery today and have been screwed over with a fake product.... i'm not happy and as such am going to asked the questions that matter.
i don't want my customers to buy products and can't even work properly. it makes coming onto alibaba pointless in one way cause all we're finding are companies that defraud us of our money.
Clearly i'm upset. but would if you had been lied to buy a gold member company.

My friend thats right, gold suppliers sells fake, but if I were instead of you I would name the suppliers members of alibaba.com. I can tell you that I been screwed by an alibaba supplier ( cn2008nike) So I recommend not to buy with Western Union .

Replying to [wezzy45]: What kind of experience do you have in buying goods globally? If you receive products of less than acceptable quality who's responsibility is it to ensure that you are getting it. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is as true today as it was 40+ years ago. As for "Fake Products". Did you purchase and approve samples before making a purchase? Did you contact the manufacturer to find out if there were in fact distributors in China that could re-sell to your country?
Think of it in another way. Pick any trade magazine you can get in your country. Do you think that the magazine visits each and every company that offers products or services via advertisements in it?
They don't do this nor does Alibaba. Each buyer has to take basic steps to insure that they are getting what they pay for. If you don't then you accept the consequences no matter if they are good or bad.

tell you, not all the golden suppliers are wothy-trust, not all the free members of the alibabba.com are not worthy-trust, but pls remember this: most of the people in the world are kind and worthy-trust, Chinese especially, most of the golden suppiers are legitimate, so is our company of manufacturer of PC peripheral.

Or as a small trying, why not talk to Alibaba, all the trustful GOLD SUPPLIERS together, if Alibaba not change the rules to eliminate or mark counterfeiters and cheaters after getting a written proof of the scam, you not will extend your Gold Status !

Replying to [wilhelm]:in fact, the goverment and alibaba.com have maken much afforts to try to cut down the cheating in the business and socilty. despite their efforts, the black sheep still could found some tricks to slip from the rules, which like criminal in a civilized state.

Replying to [wilhelm]:tell you my experience. a client of mine ask me to buy MP4 for him and WU the cost of the sample to bilker dirctely because of my failing to make a clear of his identity, which made me upset and lost face.
Days later, i do not know what's happen to it, the black sheep's website was suspended.
