What do you think about future of DDR RAM

DDR RAM has already been replaced with DDR-2 so I see no future for it.  The problem with this type of RAM although presently being the standard in memory type will soon be replaced.

You can overclock memory to a limited point and then you must deal with the heat and the successful disipation of that heat.  With emerging technologies in the US, UK, and India RAM may soon become a small circular disk less than 1" diameter and .006in thick that runs at 1.6GB/sec and creates no heat  at 1.2v to 1.6v
