l have received many times the E-mails from alibaba.com, informing me that when I'm offline a certain person requests me to add me as his contact. But when I later open my TradeManager I jusu can't find the contact information and just don't know how to add the person to my contact list!
Is that only paid member whose offline messages can be conserved in his TM?
