I've got a very important question. That Few weeks ago I started to make business with a chineese company-I ordered few samples of car audio equipment. In fact- I received everything but most of the items didn't work properly.
The person with whom I started to cooperate didn't solve the problem as she should. That is why I want to describe my transaction on alibaba.com but I don't know exactly where to do it...Could you please help me with it??
Thanks in advance!!!!!

Do they go with manual to you?I think it is difficult to discuss with you about the fixing work online, because most of Chinese is poor in English.Maybe you can ask them to explain these problems via their engineering worker.
If they do not respone any of your questions, you can not cooperate with her again.I hope the samples do not make hurt for you business, please change other supplier they are factory and can supply you the after sale service(Make sure this in the next trade).

I think your supplier is not a direct manufacturer, but a reseller. that why she couldn't provide u with back-up service.
Publish her detail so that others would be cautious of the practices.
Good luck!

There are a few possibility here, the supplier you are trading with maybe is not a manufacturer, maybe they are not interested in going long term business with you and send you their rejected units to earn the one time dealing.
What is the quantity that you are ordering for the samples? If the samples are ok what is the order quantity? I think this information is needed for members to help you to evaluate the situation.
There are a lot of factories making car audio equipment in other country like Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.

hello, arturlon.i am sorry to hear that.
i think when you ordered the products, you have contract with the supplier, and there should be garantee of the equipment you ordered.or some other about the equipment to safeguard your right. please take this contract to negotiate with supplier. if they refuse to give you their explaination or other ways to solve this problem.then it's illegal according to China law. please go to the court to sue. and the court can give you the justice.

Replying to [arturlon]: Hello, i feel extremely sorry to know that you have provincial prejudices to advanced website even e-commerce. If so, why are you on Alibaba which is a typical e-commerce website? If so, you should do traditional trade, buying your goods or what you want at the shopping market near your home, not thinking about their prices and quality. Why do we e-businessmen import or export from abroad? I think you should know this first and then qualify to talk about this with me. In fact, i have paid many attention to these kind websites which can provide foreign buyer with credible products and suppliers. I want to join in some of these kind of websites as a businessman to be honest. It is a useful and effective way to get the trusts which i think, is a very important and essential elements from foreign buyers in international business. Thanks.

I may be missing something here..... the whole point of getting samples is to see if the quality is what you want.
If the equipment doesn't work then why bother trying to chase up the company, you have saved yourself big problem by getting samples, imagine if you had ordered and paid for hundreds of faulty items.
cheers

Hello arturlon,
Sorry to hear that. Frankly speaking, I think it is quite a common business risk you should take. As to the supplier, they can not solve your problems, so they lost the order from you. As to you, you spend a lot time and money for the samples, but you find they are not qualified.
You may have only 2 options:
1. Push the supplier, even call the boss to inform them, if the samples can not be qualified, they will lost a big deal. The persons you contacted may be only a junior sales, "she" may not have the power or experience, or make their company to pay attention to solve your problems. The boss may have the power to do that. So try to raise the issue to top management, you may get solution. It is a common practice in China;
2. Search for other suppliers, ask their performance record before ordering samples, and focusing on the problems you met with the current supplier. There could be some better suppliers to provide you qualified products in China. You may need a bit patience. It is not easy to find good suppliers too. Right?
You may need to have a local sourcing partner to help you verify the suppliers and the goods they provided, to cut the dealing cost and saving time over procurement process. We are a sourcing agent in China and, we may help if you need.
Good Luck!

Dear my friend,
I am sorry to hear your experience!
but I think it's not so bad. before you request your supplier send you the samples, does yours idea come to one? what's the quality of products and the price? If you choose the lowest price, the quality must not very well. I think!

Now,you should do that call your supplier and tell her what's the matter of products! and discuess how to deal with the problem! this is the best way! If your supplier don't want to solve the matter! you can request her! because this is her servers for customers!

But the problem is that Ive been sending e-mails to that company for about 1 month...and I received only a few replies...and after my last e-mail...they did not contact me at all! so I didn't hear from them for 3 months!!and I still got the DVDs who are not working properly and I can't even sell them.. So I am a bit afraid of sending it back to the company becuase I know that they won't send it back to me.. That is what I am afraid of...
