I've got a very important question.That Few weeks ago I started to make business with a chineese company-I ordered few samples of car audio equipment. In fact- I received everything but most of the items didn't work properly.

 The person with whom I started to cooperate didn't solve the problem as she should. That is why I want to describe my transaction on alibaba.com but I don't know exactly where to do it...Could you please help me with it??

If they won't solve problems with defective items, it is a fraud !
Than you should report it on the Fraud & Security Forum, stating the details and the full name of the Supplier with contact details, to prevent others from the same problem !

I think it won't the worst thing finally, please contact with your supplier and told her what the equipment worked and what suitation you face to , then discuss the solve with the supplier together.

If the supplier won't solve you the questions, then you can claim it .

In my opinion ,I think they are real supplier to do the business,because they send u the goods in time. so first I think u should negociate the situations about the products,if it's the quanlity problem.U can tell them clearly that u send back the goods ,and when they exchange a new one or get a fixed a one,send back the goods along with ur second order .which means using the second order as condition to make your supplier believe that u are the real one want to do long term business. We well understand what you have said.Take it easy.

At first,we believe your supplier is a real one or they will not spend time preparing samples for your testing.

Then,you should tell them the problems existing such as your requirement of the samples,the defects of the samples,how do you test them and why it will meet such problem,etc. We think they will well understand the problems and how to solve them.

Or you may send back the samples to them or ask them to send some other proper ones to test.Perhaps it is a practical way.

Replying to [arturlon]: Facing this thing, we should find a friendly and harmonious way to solve the problem. You'd better communicate with your supplier well and effectively and try to find out the solution toghter. You could collect more detailed information especially the detailed description of your products which can not work , for example you can take a kinescope in order to let the supplier see the problem in person and this is helpful for the to find the problem. But like many other chinese companies, the helpcenter site is empty !

A good looking website, but if left not know what right writes, or it is all made by yourself, yan nie ??, you could not attract members who pay for a service that is in question, when the website and details are lousy !
A one year registred website is also not a good sign !
