It maybe a simple question, but I do wonder about it. Would somebody help me?
My situation is: For many times I get E-mails from alibaba.com, informing me that when I'm offline a certain person want to add me as a contact in his TM. The E-mail also show me this person's name. So when I open my TM again, I tend to add the person to my contact list; I use the button "add a contact", but it require me to input the member's ID; what I can do is input the person's name known from the E-mail, It goes wrong of course.
How I know the member's ID and how can I add the person to my contact list?
I have missed quite a few person for this reason.

If you got this mail, than after opening the TM you will see a box with a message. You only can allow to contact, deny or ignore.
If you allow a contact and he will do so, than you can store him in your contact list !
