I corresponded via email a number of times with Mr. Chainani. Mr. Chainani sent me some pictures of how his shirts were packaged as requested. I liked what I saw at this point, so I packaged a couple of sample shirts and some fabrics (Nov/24/07) so Mr. Chainani could produce a couple of sample shirts for me. I sent an email on (Nov/24/07) to let Mr. Chainani know that the package was on the way and I also attached a document with the shirt details. On (Nov/26/07) I received and email from Mr. Chainani stating that my shirt details were too complicated for his tailors. I replied the same day to say that I would simplify the details. On (Dec/06/07) I sent an email with the simplified shirt details. I received an email that my package had been received Dec/6/07. On (Dec/9/07) Mr. Chainani said he would get back to me in 1-2 days as to whether or not they could produce the shirts. Eight days later on (Dec/17/07), I emailed Mr. Chainani to see why I had not heard back from him. The same day, Mr. Chainani requested that I send $60 to him so that he could return the fabric to me. I requested that he forward the fabric to an address in Thailand. The next email I received from him was "stop sending me email”. Only after I threatened to report him to Alibaba.com did he decide to forward the fabric as I requested. Instead of giving me a chance to send him $25 for forwarding the fabrics to Thailand as requested, he decides to slander me on Dec/18/07, and then ship the fabric as I requested.

I have chatted on the trade manager with 2 companies regarding supply of iphones. Nevertheless, one of them has sent me a different product claiming they have run out of the iphones. Which they have relisted 2 weekd later. Their explanation was its a new version, but more expensive one. I have asked them to send me lesser items. The reply was its too late Nokia Sirocco was already sent. The company is Samisn and a gold premier supplier on alibaba website. Please advise what do I do with the product I didn't need at all.
