Are there any REAL buyers out there?

I am really new to the business world and especially new to alibaba.com. I posted a couple of my inventions/products here online and suddenly I started getting orders for my toys from everywhere. Then when it all came down to the wire they all turned out to be scams. Now I don't know if I can trust anyone anymore. Are there any real buyers out there?
