Replying to [amiiet]: from the company profile of this Nigerian, the address given to you is somewhere near ABC transport, it is not specific, Nonetheless this particular area of abuja is a Bus terminus where buses converge. I am very familiar with this particular place there is no DAC limited there as far as i know, I will drive by the place tomorrow to double check. Also he doesn't have a phone number that can be reached.
Anyway. As per NAFDAC fee interface directly with NAFDAC, NAFDAC's website their website is www.nafdacnigeria.org you can easily reach them directly. If you send any money to your customer in Nigeria as NAFDAC fee, you've just kissed your money goodbye
You may also wish to check here http://www.nafdacnigeria.org/tariffs.html to see if what you are selling belongs to the category that will need paying tariff for but since you said you are a tobacco exporter, I'm yet to see anything like tobacco on the page, My take is that this Guy Charles Powo is a scammer.

2. The address is not specific Kilometers 5, no specific street address nothing, you are likely to find yourself in the middle of a thick forest.
3. I called the mobile line and they are always tripping it off.
Simple business sense says they are scammers
