Well i have started dealing in cell phone area, however, my first experience wasn't so pleasant, cash both via T/T and Western Union disappeared like to water, so i began wondering, what are chances of doing import from China with payment to courier upon delivery? Many merchants, like UPS offer such services, that they deliver goods, collect cash and send it to seller, I must say it's used worldwide and while doing e-shopping i prefer such metods. If buyer, doesn't pay, goods are delivered back to merchant, so it's safe for both sides.
How do You think, what are chances of doing this while buying cell phones in China, have you founds anyone agreeing on such terms, or You have any experience with this payment type in China? awaiting your reply. . .

You state that it is safe for the seller.  This is an untrue statement.  If the buyer does not pay then the seller is out the shipping in both directions.
