Hi I am a Alibaba member, I have been cheated by 5 companies that I obtained in Alibaba, 4 are gold/trustpass members, I have lost almost $10,000.00US, I am so disgusted that I as a trusting person finds what I think are trustworthy sellers on the Alibaba website none of them have sent me my products and they do not even attempt to email me back, is there anything that anyone knows on how to contact these companies or what I can do to resolve these fraudulent issues, I refuse to beleive that I am going to loose almost 10,000. from 5 companies all that I choose to purchase from because they were listed as Trust/Gold pass members, I really hope that someone is willing to help me resolve this matter. here are the Alibaba websites for the 5 companies and the amount of money they have stolen.

I suggest in future you trade with a lovely company like ours in Israel Dead Sea Wonders and sell our wonderful unique Ded Sea Products - we had a terrible problem with a scam buyer KAMPA VIVIAN VENTURES all lies and false MINISTRY OF FINANCE DOCUMENTS etc We were lucky because we did not give them any products - we worked with their country's consulate and found out that they were rubbish and not to go to contract with them even not send samples...You have to be very strong and find these crooks! I'm not sure if the person you send western union money to can't pick it up at any location in the world just by showing their names. I would e-mail easyphones_go@yahoo.co.uk and see if the e-mail they send you looks exactly like one of the e-mails your scammers sent you........If they do they are still out there and operating as we speak!!!!!!! They can be caught!!!!
BEFORE YOU BUY CELL PHONES OR ELECTRONICS READ THIS!!!!! Several scam artists are in on it!!!!

As you can see they are using several companies and stating IMPORTANT PLEASE REPLY TO ME BY MY E-MAIL
they are selling phones, laptops, gaming consoles and are targeting anyone purchasing these items. We have contacted more than everyone we can think of............Currently we are working to have the FBI or our local police dept. work with the UK to set them up through western union have them arrested. As well, we have looked into hiring an atorney in the UK to help retrive our money. I'd like to find everyone that has been scammed by them including the business' in which they are giving a bad reputation and all pull together to arrest and convict these crooks. Replying to [Lissa]: Lissa, Lissa. It makes me sick to my stomach when I hear repeatedly how many good people have their money stolen from these * bags of the earth. My advice to you is to contact the FBI here in the US to see what else can be done. At least if you had used a bank wire transfer you could have pursued wire fraud charges but since you used Western Union, it was as good as handing them cash. Also contact the consulates in the scammers area as well to see what can be done on their end. My advice to you is: DON'T EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SEND ANY OVERSEAS SUPPLIER (outside the U.S.A.) WESTERN UNION OR A WIRE TRANSFER. If you do, you have a 95% chance that your money will be stolen. CHINA and AFRICA Do not give a about their own people let alone care about someone like you or me losing our hard earned money to their schemeing citizens. Be wary of all suppliers who use free email accounts, especially YAHOO, HOTMAIL and GMAIL. Alibaba used to be a good place to do business but not anymore. I personally think the authorities should intervene and shut it down. It has become nothing but a cesspool for lowlifes out to steaI our money because they are to sorry to work for it the old fashioned way. I think the bad suppliers on ALIBABA far outway the good with a 50-1 ratio meaning for every 1 good supplier you will have to wade through 50 bad ones.

I do not want to sound heartless, but I think it is part of your own fault you got cheated 5 times.....everybody is entitled to be cheated at least once or twice, but 5 times is way too much..... You should do your due dilligence the 6 time round....

Replying to [Lissa]: I have encountered the same probelm with the Xiamen Buyerlong Import & Export Co., Ltd in China. I was looking to purchase a brand new authentic LG KU990 phone with memory card. I posted buying leads and was contacted by this company. We began to conversate through Yahoo Messenger and was assured that my product would be shipped immediately after sending $244 through Wetern Union. As soon as payment was sent out, I no longer can get in contact with this company. They are still posted on Alibabas website for others to do business with and I think they should be shut down.

I would purchase a ticket there, pick upa kids baseball bat for $25 at walmart, and eff the person up.
