I ask this question because there are so many buyer asking "why suppliers take sample charges?"
We did gave samples for free before. The percentage of deals in times of sending sample was less than 10%. One day I found that some buyers just take our samples and show them to cheaper suppliers and finally place order with them.
So, I sometime refuse to give samples even they would like to pay money.

For many times, we send samples and get NO feedback.

How can we give sample for free again?

advise to buyes:1.Write some feedbacks after recieving sample.
2.Don't say that the price is too high after recieving sample. negotiate about price before asking for samples because sample is made depend of the price.
3.Don't think making samples is an easy thing. sometimes,we have to make new model or buy new material if we don't have it in stock.We also have to reach the MOQ even for just ONE sample. Acturally, cost for one sample would be as high as that for 100 unit of the product sometime.
