If the company havn't withdraw the cash from their bank, you can claim your money back from your bank.But if the company have withdraw the cash, there is no way to get your money back.So go to your bank ASAP and ask them whether your money is still in the bank or not.

I am having the same issue. I sent money via t/t to this company in chain for a sample and they have not sent me anything and they have stopped replying to my emails so I was going to go the bank and see if their is something I can do to get my money back or to at least close the company's account so that they wont steal from any more people.The company site is: www.xcdreamhair.com or xcdreamhair.diytrade.com

As far as I know, payment via TT can be sent back only when there's disagreement between thebeneficiary name and account. It still can get througheven when the bank name is different, while beneficiary and account are correct.

Hi..Bad news. You can't retrieve your money back in this aspect. I too encounter such issue before, so we only can blame luck and then sleep over it

At this time, you wish you had used a more safer option like PayPal (www.paypal.com), which offers you 100% money-back guarantee if your items are never delivered.
I think its a small amount matter.
But you must can get the TT payment back if you do proper job. Ask your Banker to send a swift message to the Indonesian Banker in referene of the TT & put they have not send any goods against TT so Indonesian bank can push the party to refund the TT.

You cannot stop these guys from scamming that’s their Job, but now you can educated yourself and be more AWARE of what is going on around you and how to act?
And I think Alibaba should do a much more better job in scanning the people who join their site, because pretty soon we will end up having nothing to do with Alibada, because the scammers are so much, it is not Alibada fault, but Yes there are more security they can put in place, if not they will lose the real and true customers?
