Though I'm the Supplier about hairdressing products for salon in China,i guess yeahm,the oversea importer firstly should check the sample and the company's productive ability,and then give the order for the factory,it's goods for importer,wherease we can deal with the T/T OR L/C FOR the payment,it's on the basis on mutual equity for the buyer and seller....

You can ask them directly for their Business License and Export License before payment, then try to check them out with local officials before payment in China.

Buy a sample first and place a trial order first to see their quality and service in China. A pre-shipment QC inspection before delivery is very necessary if your order is large enough in the future.

yeah ,i find the facotry is in Zhejiang Province of china .there are detailed address information and company introduction .but you can make a trial order first .it is a good idea or you can come to our china to have a visit to this facotry too if it is possible .our company produce sanitary wares like shower room ect .. the money anount is big so  most of our clients like to come to visit our facotry first then make the first order to us .some clients like to make a trial order first too . good luck to you

you can seach the company by chinese internat such as baidu,sina an so on..to see how  credibility are they and hou size are they.
