Specialphones.eu is a good and trustworthy company. I have known this company for over a year now, they are trustworthy, serious businessmen that respect customers a lot. It's now gone past the 6 months mark and do i have my phone?? not a chance baby...!
totally unprofessional loads of unanswered mails phoned them reply was i have to check our system and mail you back.. total rubbish have been robbed of over 150euro by this shower of thieving cowboys. All i'll say now is invest your hard earned money with the banks , Given this current global credit crunch you might have a better chance of getting your money back and of getting a reply...!

Dear Andrei,
I ordered my original Iphone from you 9 days ago. I was very impressed with the promptness of your sales team on answering my queries early on in fact I received 3 clarifications on the same day. But once I checked the tracking number on the China Post website it was returning invalid. I was told the website was down and to try again the next day. I have benn trying for the past week every day and no luck. If you check "orders" on your website it says the phone has been shipped and gives a tracking number which is not valid. This gives me cause for concern and I need reassurance that everything is OK (which I am not getting because the email replies have dried up).
Why can u not do a simple basic thing like reply to emails, you claim to be a trustworthy company, but you need to prove it by your actions. I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH ANY COMPETITOR OF YOURS AS YOU HAVE BEEN CLAIMING WITH OTHER COMMENTS. I JUST WANT MY PHONE.
I have sent this mail to you via your website email but still have had no reply so I'm posting it here.

I too ordered an original Iphone. Paid on the 30th December so this is now 15 days!!!
China post tracking number hasn't changed from Shenzen International since the 7th January.
What next?
