I don't recommend to buy in that page, I did on 06 Aug 2008 and still haven't received my phone (10 Dec 2008, more than 4 months). I wrote to specialphones several times and the said is a currier problem. If you want to check this out and see I'm telling the truth, this is my order number: 20134.

If you want to take the risk and buy in that web page all the way, is you problem, but what I have to tell you is that my experience was really bad,

Can you explain Publicly why we have to wait so long for replies from your company, Why trading standards are so poor, and why customers get very little satisfaction when problems arise.. From my own personal point of view i am disgusted with the treatment your company has shown me with empty promises and sorry excuses for the whereabouts of my goods, and what you are doing to rectify the matter, what i can say is that when and if this matter is ever rectified i will not be a returning customer , yes you may offer cheaper competitive prices but i will conduct my business within countries closer to home even if they are more expensive. It really ain't worth all this hassle for the sake of  savings to be made, and i don't think there is anything you can do to change my mind now other than bring the whole sorry matter to an end for us.

I would reccomend you not to read this topic, there are many negative stupid feedback, that are not real. I have personally bought from them many times without any problems, 1 time i had to pay import taxes, thats it.

I Have just recently bought a phone from this company on the 30th Jan. Communication was a little slow at first but whats to expect over New Year period.

I got a tracking number on the 5th Jan an was infomed that the item was shipped on the 7th Jan.

I have a tracking number with China Post and so far things are going OK.

One thing that I would mention is that the site that does the tracking is all in chiniese and this is a bit much at first... you need to translate everything though google translator and then it still doesnt make any sense! I could only make out that the parcel is at Shenzen International.

Anyhow its still early and I will check back here and let you know more when the phone arrives. I'll give it til the 17th as I think that 10 days is more than enough.
