Hi, Dont buy from them. I bought and paid a phone from them and got a message that the phone was out of stock. I decided to wait for it and they kep telling me the were trying to get one for me. As soon as I ask for a refund they stopped replying to my messages.

If you have made the "real payment" with your credit card you can allways make the chargeback in bank. We can not steel the customers money because we are using the correct merchant payment processor and all the customers has the legal right for refund if they have not received the item in some reason.

Hi I ordered a phone from them three weeks ago and did a direct bank transfer for the ammount. I still havent got my phone and all my mails, phone calls and faxes have never been replied to. I would not have any thing to do with them. If you are looking for someone who does supply I have had good service from a company in china, banggood. give them a try

I ordered a watch phone from them and received a wrong and defective phone. According to their website "specialphones.eu", the company is situated in Estonia which is obviously not true.


Turns out the company is in China and as a customer you are in a very weak position to do anything. I will return my defective and wrong phone to China (what else should I do?) and hope they really send me a new phone.


I strongly recommend NOT to buy from them.

you have made the payment directly to our bank, but you have forgot to add the most important detail ORDER NUMBER. We have strongly asked to all the customer to add the order number to bank trancfer details to find out the payment. Also you have not provided us with the copy of the payment, that would be much help for finding the payment.
