Specialphones.eu is a good and trustworthy company. I have known this company for over a year now, they are trustworthy, serious businessmen that respect customers a lot. Once I had problem with customs, they supplied me with all possible documentation same day even 4 times, cheers to that. it is a pity that some companies are doing competition, that is against the law. This topic will be deleted due to not real feedback.

Somehow, i would avoid this crowd like the plague.. nearing 12 weeks since my wife ordered a Birthday present from this crowd, and we've heard so many excuses now about the whereabouts and the shippers , losing it or possible thief of the item and delays due to olympics etc etc, we live in ireland and it's supposed to be an express delivery of 5-10 days, but jesus come on 12 weeks is an absolute farce i'd paddle one of the kayaks back from china in that time, we have sent numberous emails and received some replies when it suits them and heard  that they would send a replacement  but received no confirmation of whether this has happened or not, or what the actual problem has been from "EMS".  disgraceful  sub standard service.. basically i will NEVER EVER touch this crowd or recommend them to ANYONE.

1I have had o couple of bad experiences first time gave them the benefit of the doubt very long and drawn out but all i can say is do not buy from these people. The phones dont work very well you cant see any of the screen in sunlight they scratch very easy, the list goes on and on

paid Specialphones for a Thin Dual SIM 2 on September 22nd and ordered it to be shipped to my home. Got the tracking number on September 25th and was waiting for my phone for time to come. On October 1st I was let know that the Luxembourg custom will not let my phone the country, the lack of CE conformity mark. I immediately wrote about the problem to Specialhones' client service where they said that they will try fix it and they will contact me asap.


I was very shocked when I found this forum after searching for specialphones on google. I was pretty sure that I will never see my money again. I was therefore pretty surprised when three days later specialphones let me know that there where problems with the phone I had ordered and that they have posted a new one to my address and added a new tracking number on my account.


I received my phone and I have nothing bad to say about specialphones' client service

Wow, what can I say this is a terrible company, if you could even call it that. I placed an order on Oct 30th and paid by CC they said my order would be shipped with in a few days. Today is Nov 13 and nothing has happened except they took my money.  I keep getting excuses telling me that they have to verify that my CC is not stolen. What kind of since does that make it has been 15 days since they took my money and they have not even attempted to ship my order. I asked them to cancel my order then and refund my 600.00 US dollars and funny no reply now?  Please don't buy from this website!!!

I have the same problem. I placed an order 10.11.2008 and paid by CC they said my order would be shipped with in a few days. Today is Nov 18 and nothing has happened except they took my money.

No contact, no answer, no phone, no money.

Dear "customers" ( most of the people who are writing the commnets here are the competitors)

I would like to ancwer to some comments here.

1. "I purchased a twin-sim phone at SpecialPhones.eu. Then one day later I received a mail telling me that I had to choose another phone because the one I've chosen is out of stock. I answered that no other phone interested me and that I would like my money back. And then no answer anymore from SpecialPhones.eu despite several new mails to them..."

A: Unfortunately some of the phones are some times currently out of stock. If the phone is not in stock, we are allways asking the client to make the change or we will make the full refund.

A: We are receiveing every day many frauded payments! We are checking all the payments very carefuly and if we do not get positive ancwer from MoneyBookers, we do not shippe the order out. But still we are shipping out some orders, what are later specified as frauded payment.

3. " I've ordered my phone two months ago. Everything appeared to work fine. But then I waited, and I waited, and waited. No phone. So I tried to contact them. Very difficult to find an email address on their website that isn't actually fake.

I could get in touch with them via www@specialphones.eu ,and I asked where my phone was. So after 3 days I got a EMS Order number, and they invited me to check the order status on the EMS-Website. That I did. And I saw that my phone was blocked at Luxembourg customs. I phoned them up and asked what the problem was. They didn't even want to tell on the phone. Today I got an official letter from the government (energy office), saying that the phone did not come with CE Certification. Unless I can hand over a CE Certification in 4 days, the phone will be destroyed, and I will be pursued for tempting importing illegal technological stuff. AND THIS IS NOT ONLY FOR LUXEMBOURG BUT FOR ALL EUROPE. The phone doesn't apply to directive 1995/5/CE.


I have contacted them. No reply. No statement. Nothing."

A: Some phones we have sold before, had problems with CE certificate. We have refunded the full amount for all the clients who had some problem with the custom.

You took my money on Oct 30th I have yet to have my order shipped, it has been almost 30 days. I know for a fact that I paid with MY CREDIT CARD SO IT CAN'T BE FRAUD  I have asked you to cancel my order and refund my money, you have never responded. I have contacted my local police department and have filed fraud against you with my bank, hoping to be able to get my money back that way. As it is obvious that your are a scam artisit and never had any intention of filling my order.  DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
