Specialphones.eu is a good and trustworthy company. I have known this company for over a year now, they are trustworthy, serious businessmen that respect customers a lot. Once I had problem with customs, they supplied me with all possible documentation same day even 4 times, cheers to that. it is a pity that some companies are doing competition, that is against the law. This topic will be deleted due to not real feedback.

I decided to meet in person with them, so in 2 weeks I will post about their products, meanwhile I didn't find any useful information about them, all i know is that their bank account is located in Latvia, company registered in Estonia, their cell phone in Estonia every call is being transfered somewhere...

Replying to [VLukas]: Hi, Yes I have had experience of dealing with specialphones, I have purchased a HiPhone ffom them and initally had a bit of bother with it but sorted it out, it had to do with settings. I have now purchased a T32 from specialphones and I am looking forward to receiving it. I will pass on my HiPhone to my wife, it is a great phone and easy to use. I've ordered my phone two months ago. Everything appeared to work fine. But then I waited, an I waited, and waited. No phone. So I tried to contact them. Very difficult to find an email address on their website that isn't actually fake.

I could get in touch with them via www@specialphones.eu, and I asked where my phone was. So after 3 days I got a EMS Order number, and they invited me to check the order status on the EMS-Website. That I did. And I saw that my phone was blocked at Luxembourg customs. I phoned them up and asked what the problem was. They didn't even want to tell on the phone. Today I got an official letter from the government (energy office), saying that the phone did not come with CE Certification. Unless I can hand over a CE Certification in 4 days, the phone will be destroyed, and I will be pursued for tempting importing illegal technological stuff. AND THIS IS NOT ONLY FOR LUXEMBOURG BUT FOR ALL EUROPE. The phone doesn't apply to directive 1995/5/CE.

I have contacted them. No reply. No statement. Nothing. So be careful before buying stuff on that website!
Because you might think that you can order for Europe without any problem, and it's far from being the case.

About this CE sertification. There are some countrys, Belgium, Luxemburg and Estonia where they sometimes ask about CE sertifications in customs. To this client who claimed here, we have payd back his money. Another countrys there is no problems with CE sertifications.

ordered watchphone M800 on 7 april 2008.Moneybookers took my money immediately.On 22 april I emailed them to find out where the phone was.They replied it had been sent to Shenzhen China in error - I live in Ireland.After a few more emails I received the phone on 28 april minus the phone charger and charger lead. I emailed them again on 29 april- they replied they would send it by " ordinary post".Now , as of 15 april it has not arrived.

I guess bottom line is don't deal with this company ( www.specialphones.eu) judging by the responses people have come back it sounds quite a tedious process just purchasing a phone.

Dear Lukas,

you can not get ancwer from some alibaba forum where people are writing only bad things about competitors. I have ordered one watch phone from SpecialPhones and I am more then happy with the service and shipping of the company. I have my self one webstore and I know how killing can be the aggression of competitors in forums- you can write all bad and inventions in forums. I suggest to customers find more than 3 different "REAL" comment  in internet before decide about the company. And I wish good luck for specialphones for fighting with dishonest competitors!

Yes I had a bad experience. I purchased a twin-sim phone (a iphone like) at SpecialPhones.eu. Then one day later I received a mail telling me that I had to choose an other phone because the one I've chosen is out of stock. I answered that that no other phone interested me and that I would like my money back. And then no answer anymore from SpecialPhones.eu despite several new mails to them... The "factory" is in Slovakia or Slovénia... Their hotline never answers...


Finaly, I asked my bank to cancel the payement. In france, it's availble during 2 month after the order.


So do not buy anything to them!!
