Hello there, is there any way that I could file a complaint if you got scammed? I sent my sample order payment to Jimmy Zou aka Zhiping Zou (Waster Technology Co., Ltd) using paypal account. It is almost a week now he is telling me that he has not receive the payment to his ****. I paid him thru paypal and by this time he already have the payment. bottom line, he has my money i dont have nothing.i got screwed and scamed. i need your help!

Replying to [mzzy]:Do you have any paper for certification that your machandise is real and the payment is done? If you have, you could report to the police and the consumer association, at lease there is a possibility for getting you money back.

Write to alibaba@alibaba-inc.com and tell them about your experience so they can make a note of it on the Waster Technology Co., Ltd account.
If they believe fraud has occured they may even remove them from Alibaba.

So in the futre (and they are still on Alibaba) if someone asks Alibaba if these guys are ok to trade with they can be told a complaint has been made against them and they could be potential scammers.

Which means in future if you have doubts about a compnay here write to the same email address and ask if any complaints have been made about them..

Not 100% but better than nothing - we need to help each other get the scammers out

Replying to [mzzy]:You can tell the Secret Service, they can track the guy and get back your money.
One time I was having a transaction with a guy in Nigeria and the Secret Service contact me and told me that those guys was a fraud.
