This guy made a hateful purchasing story in China. He purchased garlic from one Chinese farmproduce export company , and the payment terms is 50% prepay, and 50% will pay after the garlic arrive Indonesia(charge collect). He payed very fast for the first 50%of the first transportation of goods, then he came to china to visit the company. The export company treated him well , in one evening dinner, he told the manager that the first part of goods arrived Indonesia, because he is in China, to pay the other 50% for the first transportation and 50%for the second transportation need his signature,so he will pay when he is back Indonesia. Then he ask the seller to give him the B/L of the first and second transportation, The seller trusted him, and satisfied the buyer's needs.
Terrible things happened after the buyer leaving China. The buyer never answered telephone nor write back emails, and the money of the product never come back to the Chinese comapany. From this story, we should learn the lesson. Never release the B/L before you get the other 50% of payment. And never judge from the appearance. especially for new customer.If for big money,it is worthy of the seller flying to Indonesia to push face to face.for small money,the seller can do nothing but take the risk.

So be carefull when doing business with indonesia,As to me ,I never do business with them ,because I dont trust them,everytime,they told me they had done the payment and sent the band receipt to me ,or ble ble ble. it's not real.!
