My company is based in the US and we are having a hard time finding a trusted factory to produce our bra and panties samples. Can someone please tell us what we need to do so that we can move forward with our process? Please help!

What a coincidience? I'm based in California and I just asked several Chinese companies to make bra and underwear prototypes in my behalf. Actually, one company is already making 2 bra prototypes right now. They haven't asked me to pay the sample costs yet. I've asked but it's still in limbo. If they overcharge me, they can have the bras for themselves. So please be careful, they tend to overcharge on sample costs. And there's a lot them. The average salary in China is $117 a month. So does that tell you something?

Average salary $117 a month?  are you trying to tell people you can get very cheap item?   you are wrong,  and you don't know China at all, even in the industry.  Most workers in textile industry(clothes, bras or panties) they can get a salary about $300 a month, some even get more. Maybe $117 is the time  you know several years ago when you visited China.

If you said that the supplier make the sample before tell you any cost, I am 100% sure this is not a good supplier, a good supplier or a experienced supplier will never do like this.

I don't think that this supplier charge you $65 is a scammer,  the unit $0.75 is for bulk production, but for a sample cost that would be different, to my opinion, it is almost the lowest sampling cost. it seems you do not now anything about how factory works and guiding people to a wrong way.
