Have I been frauded? Western Union!!
Post 1 of 8
Dear community, I have just ordered from a company named CBC-CHINA and transfered USD500 via Western Union, unfortunately there happend some incidences, therefore I think I will lose my money forever!
- The company is gold member and trusspass member, but they only accept payment via Western Union.
- They were asking me to pay without even having my address
- The seller didn't write me from her company e-mail-address, but from her private address instead!
Have I lost my money (transferred wie Western Union) forever???

Replying to [helibude]:Which kind of product you buy? Did you call the supplier? Some true supplier use private address instead of company email address.
You'd better to contact the supplier and advise them that you have settle the payment and when you can get the product.

Replying to [Scarlet Ho]:Hello and Many thanks for your reply!
I have ordered spare parts for RC-models (RC-helicopter)
- anyway, if somebody knows a trustable distributer selling same goods, I would like to order from them (my monthly order is 3.000 EUR) -
I actually haven't tried to contact the seller so far, but she is frequently asking for the transfer code (Western Union).
I don't allege, that the seller is dishonest, but I think that she will keep the money for herself:
- because first the seller wrote me from the company e-mail address, a few days later she wrote me from her private e-mail address (the real trading-company doesn't know about my order)
- she sent me wholesale pricelists and a different company-logo was imprinted in the document (not normal, is it?)
- I asked for a invoice, but she simply forgot to write my address in it (it seems, that goods will not sent out)
- the money has been transfered via Western Union to her private name (not the company)!!!
Would you do business with them?
I am looking forward hearing from you

Replying to [helibude]:Sorry ,I don't find your message until today.
These days I also send email by my personal email to one customer as she can't get the email from our company email box.
So personal email is not the problem. But if T/T by western union,
it's dangerous. Do you call her or the company ?Or you can add my
trade manager ,I'll try to help you contact her.
Good luck.
