What do you do when you order a product, but receive a totally different one?
Plus i got billed for 2 but only received 1. Any suggestions? I have emailed this person but yet to receive any answer.

If this order was made by one company of Putian/China, forget the rest, they will not help you in any way !
Apologies and promises until you disturb them to much, than they stop communication !
They have only send one item, to send a tracking number and keep you quiet until they have cashed the money !
If you name the supplier here, you will find some people with the same expirience !
