Hi, ALL

I've send money to one company that Idon't  want to mention its name .I send him money on 8-7-2007 for purchsing some products,May be later I will mention its name,once that date until this day 17-7-2007 I hadn't recived my items yet.

They give me the Tracking number which is not access and the number even not belong to company .Can someone help me to get either my money back again or get my products.

I tired many time to keep in touch with the company but no way , when I logoin to my  yahoo or msn and try to send message but they  ignore my message and not reply  ,.

Can someone tell me what should Ido , i still get the recpit which isend the money , So can Someone Help Me please .

I am a chinese supplier.Maybe you need tell us the company name,address and contacting details,and you can report to your factory area police office,and they will get the money back for you if the supplier is cheater.I once saw from the TV news that there are several cheaters specially cheat the money from customers abroad,the customers abroad came to china and reported to the police office and catch the two cheaters out and get the money back.

as the internet world wide is verry good and usefull it could be verry riskfull for every merchants who is looking for goods without traveling to countries.
in trade with this method you should know your supplier verry well before paying your money for big quantities.
because there is less responsibility fo sellers.
and you should choose best and the most safe ways for your payments.for example L/C is one of the best payment ways for your big quantities.
i hope that it never happen for you in the future.
and be more carefull in the future

Replying to [uaeeyes]: I found myself a victim with TV's as I ordered from a supplier in Togo. It was a learning experience. If it can be avoided by a more detailed business search being provided, I would appreciate this myself.

Replying to [uaeeyes]: I know just how you feel, I have just been done to, sent money to pakistan for goods. I must admit it was quite a bit of money to, the company I sent to was a trusted member. I have tried to contact them on numeouse occasions without sucess. I am also at a loss with this. I have been trying to confirm with my bank that he has got the money but no luck there either. I only started selling stuff a month ago, and this sort of thing puts you off. I contacted Alibaba, with all details, and the reply I got back was to contact the police. Anyway I wish you good luck with this, and maybe if you get anywher with it let me know what you did, so I might try the same.

Replying to [uaeeyes]: Well if you used a secured payment you should be fine... if u you dont get the items you can get your money.. if you used tt, bank transfer, or western union...the money is not traceable...so you just got scammed...and really you cant do anything about it...next time use a secure payment method

well nothing to say becuase this not good for all chiness people one from chiness do like that it means all chiness people are the same people will thought like that even i have lots of friend from china and really i'm doing a good business with thim and they never cheat on me

Check if you can trace them basing on evidences you have (remittant receipt, corresspondence, etc.)

Thanks to all whom reply my complain , thanks god they company contact me again and say sorry about what happend , and the problem was in China custom , so they retuernd my money back again , so iwould like to tell all people it's good company and they give me my money back again.
