Send Money and get nothing

Hi, ALL
I've send money to one company that Idon't want to mention its name .I send him money on 8-7-2007 for purchsing some products,May be later I will mention its name,once that date until this day 17-7-2007 I hadn't recived my items yet.
They give me the Tracking number which is not access and the number even not belong to company .Can someone help me to get either my money back again or get my products.
I tired many time to keep in touch with the company but no way , when I logoin to my yahoo or msn and try to send message but they ignore my message and not reply ,.

Is it brand name ? If yes. Have u read some of the message from other buyers ? Most of them have been cheated by this brand name.

Hello.
First did u check the company is a registered one and with trust passed and gold supplier certificate?
If they have these such authentication u can submite ur complaint full detailly that how much u paid and for what purpose u paid all the details.
Would u let me know that where did u send the money and for what product?
C'oz I am also trying to buy a product from a china based company.

First , sorry to hear that , we have cheating by somebody bofore, very angry with this guy , but we don't know what should we can do for them , just take care when you make an order to someone .
I think bofore business , we must learn the supplier more and make friend with them . and then when we get to know them very well, we can cooperation with each other.

Replying to [uaeeyes]: In what country is the company located? In the US there are numerous places to report fraud and Internet crime. Are there equivalent services in the country of your supplier?
It may be that the best you can do is report this company through Alibaba so at least others dont get taken by the same scam.

I stumbled over your worries and i think it will be fair for you to announce the company so that other members should know.You are not alone that has been victimized by thieves from that end.In my case i ordered goods from these ridiculous unscrupulous thieves,plonkers and cons below

This should sound as a warning to any person entering into business with the said killjoys e-commerce leeches.However,I am quite vociferous I can punish these goddamsonsof motherfuckers with powers from beyond and above.In my case,I am very convinced and quite sure,they most receive their benefits within a short time.There is no joke because I mean it and if anyone knows the said addresses published,then let them watch what will happen to these guys,Thieves must not be allowed into our business communities.I have their cure.The power of God works so watch out for them.
However,you may write to the Chinese embassy in your country and they are going to be willing to help you.If they cannot help,come back and get all the necessary contacts directly in China for Internet police and as well as the law enforcement authorities.

I have called their numbers and they are using Tel numbers from real companies but they are not the ones advertising.
I think Alibaba should look into this (sellers of branded TV plasma) or their reputation will be tinted for ever. It only takes a tel. call to discover the scam. Please do your due diligence before sending money. I nearly did that but a friend in China followed it up and recommend not to do business as they did not provide company number.
