HELP - Did I lost my money?

Dear community, I have just ordered from a company named CBC-CHINA and transfered USD500 via Western Union, unfortunately there happend some incidences, therefore I think I will lose my money forever!
- The company is gold member and trusspass member, but they only accept payment via Western Union.
- They were asking me to pay without even knowing my address (how can they ship their stuff to me???)
- The seller didn't write me from her company address, but from her private address instead!
Have I lost my money forever???
P.S. I am very sorry for providing you only with the basic informations, forum moderators always delete my poastings!

Replying to [helibude]:it's hard to say, why not contact them and ask them if they have sent? if they don't reply your message, that's dangous...

Replying to [helibude]: it's quite likely you have been scammed - but I have to say that's your own fault. sending money careless as you did is not a clever way to make business. check the "due diligence" forum and read the articles carefully to avoid such mistakes in future.

becasue as i known their is many workers are taken the order to other suppliers from the company. because the amount is not so big. i think that maybe she was taken the order from her present company. that means she didn't sending this amount through her company.
maybe you can give her a call to her company to making sure that is it this girl are still working on this company.

you should be careful before you wire to money by WU on next time.
