I think that if the value of samples is high. buyers must pay samples fee. my company rule is less12$. then it's free/.
meanwhile we don't pay ship freight or Express charge.(beside domestic)

What you need to understand first is the reason why your in this business. You wish to buy products at cheaper costs with bulk quantity's. When you take a sample order, you are pretty much ordering an item as retail.

Samples fees and charges vary by manufacturer. Many suppliers offer samples at bulk price but others do not and require a surcharge since you are not buying in bulk.

If that is what you looking for and the price of the sample is that high, my suggestion is find some more factory that make the same items that you want to buy, then fly to china and look at it for yourself, and all posible to do some testing while you there, at least it don't cost much more than paying for the samples and find out it is not what you want. Personally, if anything that I have to pay more than $500.00 for sample than I rather go to the factories and see it and testing it at the factories.
More items can be see and test at the same time.
