Hello ! Buying fraternity,

I am a sourcing manager for a large garment maker in India. We manufacture garments for export to Europe and USA and also for the Indian Market. I have been in the sourcing and buying field for the past 20 years. For about 12 Years I have been buying plant and machinery and project items for engineering and consumer durable industry. Now for the past 8 years I have gained experience in buying RM from all around the world for Garments.

I am a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Managerment and have basic study of the commerce faculty which helps me understand the commercial aspects of all transactions very well too.

I perfectly udnerstand what a person would look for in a good supply source and how the seller should reply to clinch the deal. Thats my Forte.

I have worked all areas of the garment industry; ladies, children, men and all aspects of this industry. I have taught marketing, merchandising and sales in colleges all over the world. My specialty has been in building apparel companies from the ground up.

I'm 58 year old and have an MBA from Armstrong University of Berckely and have worked for more than 25 years as a diplomat in positions as commercial secretery & commercial counsellor in Iranian embassies in different countries including China.
At present i am a retired diplomat and working as an intreprenuer & business man and trying to establish my own business in China.
