Well i am amazed to see that none of forum has good quality moderator as it should have.


 Generally one should think twice before applying for the post of Moderator as this is not only  a responsible job but also that person is representing the Alibaba Community as a whole.

Back in 2002 I began a web based online community and served as the main administrator on our boards.  I grew the community from a small group of 1 (just myself) to an active group with thousands of members by 2006.  The site has since been shut down, but this gave me a great deal of experience dealing with forum administration and being a moderator.

I believe that this experience, combined with my knowledge in the used computer export business would make me a valuable addition to the team at Alibaba.
