HELP! The seller is not shipping the item.

I have inquired LG KG800 phone and TomTom Go 300 to Facets Communication & Marketing Limited through Alibaba site. I got a response back from Harry Frings. He asked me to contact him at globeaceltd@yahoo.com. I got the quote and paid $1150 for the 6 brand new LG KG800 phones and 3 brand new TomTom Go 300 gps. I also paid $200 shipping charge, which makes total of $1350. I paid Harry Frings through Western Union. He got the money and he is not sending me the items I paid for. He is asking for $500 (US) more for shipping insurance and customs fee. Also, when I got the invoice, it was from GlobeAce Limited.
I know that there is no additional shipping insurance for FedEx. I also know that the US customs fee is less than $25 for the item value of $1150. Harry Frings keep asking for more money and is not sending my items. He is a fraud. Do not by anything from "Facets Communication & Marketing Limited" or "GlobeAce Limited". They are FRAUD. What can I do?

You ask the supplier to ship the goods, if any problem you will settle with Fed -ex or send 1 email to fedex and ask them to reply you for charges than you send to that * supplier..
If he still don't agree to send you goods. Imagine you lost that amount...
Don't send him any more money..

Hello trade8654,
These both look like typical fraud cases. definitely do not send them any more money. You can report them to alibaba@alibaba-inc.com with the relevant information to have their listings removed, and file a report with www.ic3.gov for statistical purposes. You can try going through the police/USSS but that is probably not worth it considering the amounts lost. In most of these cases, I'm afraid there usually is not much that can be done. These people know they are criminals and any information they have given you will either be fake or very difficult to trace to their real identities. If you sent the money through a bank transfer, go talk to your bank ASAP, there is sometimes a small chance you can have it reversed.

Same as above, I'm afraid. There are plenty of companies with mostly identical company description to that one, which is common with scammers. Their phone number doesn't match the location. And most importantly their prices are ridiculously unrealistic. What you describe is a common scammer tactic to make you pay out more money.
