If you feel after three months that you are gender stereotyped you are in the wrong job
If your feel this because you are not meeting your sales targets this has nothing to do with gender this is to do with your own ability.
Personally I think that you are an underachiever who will put the blame on everything but yourself

yes, maybe it is a little difficult for woman to do bussiness, expecially as a saler, will have more pressure.

But as above said, we should challenge ourselves, belive that we can do, even do better than man, only if you do, and aslo fighting for your job, then you will get a better result at last.

I think whether you can do business does not depend on the gender but ability,as there is full of competetion in the business world,There exist some successful wowan,but there still exsit failing,anyway,we just need to try our best,but not to look for excuse.
