Replying to [wilhelm]:yeah thanks man,u open my eyes,even tho i never felt 100percent that the phones are real,because u just never know,but i thought that some of the small time cell phone store in china sold real phones u just had to find them,like i call nokia aafter your suggestion to check the site,the nokia n95 8gb is 700.00 dollars i firgure with their exhange rate u could get a much cheaper price than that.when u was talking about oem agrreement,i still firgure as big and corrupt china is that they would work ways around that,and would let a usa company dictate who nokia sells to,so i firgure nokia do sell item to the local stores in chinabut im guess im wrong,it seem.i guess im goin to either bow out selling or just buy from chinese in my country usa,or just sell the cect version phone which is the asain version phones,i was trying to sell dvd player or portable dvd player,is there any connect in electronics u have that legit

You import them to the USA ,chances are your customs department would nail them at the port of entry If they did not have legitimate certifications (FCC ) for example . And they probably dont have the legal certification . Serious grief ,for you ,could potentially be the outcome of such a venture.
