All offered Mobile Phones, Electronics, Computer, Memory / Flash / SD Cards, Fashion, Handbags, Shoes, Food, Drugs and a long list of other wanted items from China are :
"COUNTERFEITS" or,
"REFURBISHED" or,
"USED" or,
will simply "NOT BE DELIVERED" after payment !
Chinese offer this items, because Chinese Government does not install a effective control and the "Exporters" mostly use dubious agents to
prevent the customs control for outgoing merchandise from China !
But we see a sign at the Horizon, last week a court in Bejing, imposed the death penalty against the director of the Chinese Drug Control, because of corruption ! A good step to the future !
SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS KIND OF MERCHANDISE IN CHINA, YOU ONLY CAN LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, and more, if your customs clearing discovers counterfeits, it is a criminal act and ignorance does not protect against punishment !!!

hey man, I know this thread is a bit old, but I know you will respond...
About the issue of branded goods like cell phones (and laptops, and what not...), I just got off the TM with a freight company from China. As the lady says, freight companies are not allowed to ship branded goods if the sending company does not have an "authority letter" from, say Nokia, to prove they have the right to manufacture the brand at the first place. So I guess, without this letter, none of the "suppliers" of branded goods can send their stuff out. What do you think of this info, is it legit? I also heard that Customs will confiscate any "brand" product without proper documentation, and will also confiscate copies of brand products. In your experience, have you heard of any business to regularly get "brand" stuff from China?

PS of course can you buy counterfeits on the streets and in shops in Thailand but with knowledge of the customers, like everywhere in the world !
We speak here about fraud on customers and Chinese sellers who sell their fakes as originals and soil thereby the good reputation of the honest Chinese !

Every forerign business man know that they are copying a lot of Brand,but they still swarm into Chinese market.Why? because they want to earn more money.It is not only the fault made by our Chinese,but also the so-called "partner".
