Why don't Alibaba ever help?

If you are scammed by a gold and a trustpass alibaba member, why don't alibaba ever help to prevent future fraud? I understand why they take no liability, but if they are handing out goldpass and trustpass memberships to get money, the least they could do is to remove these rights from well known scammers. This may actually help prevent future fraud, as it will filter out the scammers from the trustpass memberships, and people will actually care if a company carries these titles. I have conclusive proof that I've been scammed, by one of their gold and trustpass members. But alibaba don't listen, and so they let this gold and trustpass member continue to scam others who are honest and innocent. It's a complete joke. Anyone else agree? If so state it so they may actually take notice.

Fortunately so far I didn't have the same bad experience you had, but I also got the impression that "customer service" is written with very small letters here. I also posted a message for Alibaba in this forum, but so far the only reply I got was some insulting nonsense from a guy who seems to know very well what I'm talking about.

Replying to [PaddyClover]: I think they are spending all their money on advertising world wide and online bids for google adwords to pay much attention to the problems of scamming back home...
Have you tried their online help? Well dont, this was taken over a 4 hr period every 15 mins...I say do not waste your money getting a gold membership or a trust p *, it means absolutely nothing!!!

...on second thought, though they are not responsible for the fraud originally commited by a premium member, they are responsible (in my opinion) of aiding and abetting this fraudster if after knowing that he is a crook they don't delete him from the list and place a warning note somewhere on their website. - Ask a lawyer; I believe now you can go after them for their negligence and irresponsibility.
