Hi, I've been scammed by a company in China. I have most of / all of their contact details, and if they are a true company should have enough evidence to make a case. However I know nothing of Chinese law, and I have no idea how to find out if they are a real company. I also have no idea how I would report them.
Please could someone help?

You should post your question in the "Legal" Forum, there are two lawyers, who live in china as moderator, perhaps one of them could help you !

If they do the work for what they are appointed, but rarely seen in the boards, a phenomenon you can see with many mods after appointment !
