i wanna report that on 30 april we did make a order for a nail printer from the company Shanghai Nail Art Printer High-tech Co.,ltd and we spoke exact with Mr Icer Gu sales manager of the company.
same day we did pay him too with Western Union the amount was 710USD with shipping. anyway we never did receive any package and till today we called him over 30 times. he is saying allways he is busy!!!
he doesnt return to us the money and he did lie 2 times that he did ship to us the printer but after calling him again to give us tracking nuber he told us that he didnt yet ship it. we wait 10weeks!!! our nervous are on limit we sure he did commit fraud cause he cant be busy for 10weeks!!!
we search for lawyer at his city and think to file lawsuit against him.
today we called his office and they told us they where not with him at same office and he was outside right that moment.
we are a big company at my country Greece over 20 years and first time
it happens a situation like this.
if anyone could help us or advise us please do it.
