How do we know if the jewelry is fake or real? Is it safe to order a volume of jewelries on the internet?

That's the only way I know that you usually tell.. and I don't know if that's 100% of the time.
I don't see any problem in taking the jewellery into a jeweller's and seeing if they'll assess it for you. Ask them if they can find whether or not it's fake for free. There may be a charge but I doubt it -- and if you get charged for it it should only be a pittance anyhow.
Do you have any friend's that are jewellers or work in a jewellery store or anything? You could ask them to survey your jewellery if you like.

I think it is OK if you buy fashion costume jewelry from internet, it is cheap and nobody make fake for cheaper things, but it is not very good if you buy sterling silver or real gold jewelry with some real expensive stones like diamond, ruby, jade or saphire... as it is very easy to make same looking but fake one.

if you dont know if it is fake or real you in wong business, and buying any jewelery with out touching it is a recipe for being taken for all your money .
