Can some body tell what are the policies, restrictions and taxes about exporting leather goods as Briefcase, Handbags, Rucksacks, Wallets, ... from China mainland to Europe!

As far as I know, should be no export duty. However, you should have an export license. If your company do not get the license, you can only export your product through the exporting agent in China.
