Replying to [Trini]: From experience, I know that the bank that I use is HSBC. We have clients in Asia, and when it comes to transferring money, it saves on all the wiring costs because it happens in house.

There is a Primebank list, in which we can find the top 5000 Banks list. As per the international transactions are concerned, there are some Banks top in their region.
For some particular currency accounts, Dollar account, GBP,Euro and etc, the Banks in Asia or some other parts will have to have the particular currency account in the Dominated Banks so that to get the currency conversion.. so we cannot judge which is the ebst top in international business

Mike, I agree HSBC is a good bank and gaining on market share every year.  Having an HSBC account can be very helpful when doing business with China as many Chinese companies have a related company in HK for billing and transactions, many of which have HSBC accounts.  Doing business with a bank that is heavily involved in world trade can be beneficial to buyers in reduced fees.

Best regards,

Harjeet, as we have several forum members from India maybe you can expand on your answer as to why you do business with ICICI instead of another bank.
