HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN THE COMPANY IS SERIOUS OR NOT?

I have received many many many e mails asking for the product but when I am almost finishing the transaction I find out that the company is a fake, even the banks that they are working with.If you have an answer I really, really appreciate it!

if you are not sure for the bank,ask for Confirmed L/C
