Recently, I have had two bogus BLCO POP sent to me. The buyer was the one who actually investigated the POP and told me they were bogus. How can I verify the POP I receive? This is for Crude oil purchases Does anyone know what places I check to verify all the numbers and names are legitimate. Any and all answers will be appreceiated.
