Are there honest/reliable buying agents whom can do the inspecting and purchasing on my behalf?

I'd also like to do some buying in Saipan. Any recommendations there?

No, there is not secure form of payment from overseas. The best way for you is to find a reliable friend or agent for you in China. In China, of course, there are such secure forms like Alipay.

You can pay by L/C or TT

How you are saying this that they are not saying about secure payment?

We buyers has to say how we will pay? or ask them for payment terms
