ive manged to get in contact via email and telephone, they seem to sound ok and legitmet, but as a newbie i dont want to risk anything, all im asking for is re-assurances from anybody who has dealt with these 2 companys, please any help would be apreciated with all my heart, and i thank you all,

First, I have seen many threads floating around here on Shenzhen Seathen. Maybe a search will turn up results!

Second, if you are scared to send payment then there must be something that seems wrong in regards to the transaction. What payment terms are they requesting? Will they accept L/C? In the end, if you are requesting anything greater than samples it makes sense to hire someone to verify the manufacturer and ensure you get what you pay for in the end.
