Will the Chinese Economy get overheated?
Post 1 of 1
Dear All,

I want to know everybody's opinion whether the Chinese Economy (the 4th Largest in the world today) will get overheated due to the 30% plus growth in the "Fixed Assets Investments" in the first half of 2006 itself.

And what results that could have on the commodity prices originating from China?

Will it lead to overcapacities and thus competetion between suppliers leading to lowering of prices further or will they increase due to rising interest costs?

Are we looking at a "Boom and Bust" cycle syndrome?

How does the Chinese Leadership look at these issues, i want to know?

Best Regards,
