Replying to [balu1234]: Maybe it can. But it depends on where you heard this from... if you heard it from a reliable source than it might be true...! otherwise china is the leading textile exporter in the world which you should keep in mind too...

I believe it already has. I don't think there is any question about that. very few companies are still working on CMT basis and buying fabric to ship to manufacturers.
